Lenovo Data Center Group Appoints Ashish Taneja as New Channel Head, India


Stepping up the hierarchical structure to badge prestige cognomen is aimed by many while working in organizations. An exemplar of this boosterism is rendered by Lenovo Data Center Group (DCG) who announced the appointment of Ashish Taneja as the Channel Head in India. Based in New Delhi, Ashish will report to Vivek Sharma, Managing Director India. As the new channel lead, Ashish will be responsible for driving the company’s channel strategy and partner ecosystem growth across the country. Further, he will work closely with partners, distributors and system integrators to accelerate adoption of Lenovo DCG innovations and drive relevance for channel ecosystem.

He joins Lenovo with over 23 years of distinguished career in the IT industry-primarily around channel sales, account management, business development and product management. In his prior role with DELL-EMC, he was spearheading distribution and emerging channel for combined entity and also worked with companies like Avaya, Microsoft India and Acer prior to Dell EMC.
