India's Most Sought After Business Destinations


Bangalore: To do a business, locality plays a very important role. The profit and loss of your company depends on the area that it is positioned. We must admit that, not all the places are suitable for doing business. Even while considering India as a whole, not all the cities are favorable for starting a business venture.

According to the World Bank, Bangalore is the worst place to do business. The survey does not even include country's financial capital Mumbai, but places like Delhi, Patna have made it to the top.

World Bank has carried out the survey across 17 cities to compile the list of best and worst places to start a business in India. The study also identifies the hurdles both bureaucratic and legal that an entrepreneur must overcome to register a new business.

1. Bangalore

Though Bangalore is considered to be the silicon valley of India due to the maximum number of IT firms, the city is the worst place in India to do business, according to World Bank survey.

With the economic growth at 10.3 percent, Bangalore is the second major metropolis in India. It has the biggest markets for FMCG products. Forbes considered the city as, ‘The Next Decade's Fastest-Growing Cities".
