Business means fulfilling customer’s requirements. Companies that have the greater number of satisfied customers are more successful. Satisfying the customers with all the queries and solving all their issues ensures a healthy growth to any company. And a growth of unsatisfied customers is the sure indication of the closure of a business.

American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) has listed fifteen companies according to their customer service.

15. Bank of America

Rating: 66/100

Bank of America comes at the bottom of this list with 66 percent of satisfied customers. However, last year, BOA had a rate of 64 percent happy customers. Among the big banks, Bank of America is considered to be the worst bank.

According to ACSI, BOA’s customers are moving away towards smaller banks. The customers are also having a happy customer service and the fees also are less.

Increased fees have brought a bad reputation for this bank from quite a long time. BOA even dropped one of its debit card fees to keep its customers happy.
