Bangalore: There are many countries across the world that is recognized for having extensive trade relations with other countries. However, on the other hand there are other countries that are lagging behind when it comes to global connections.

1. India

India is one of the largest economies in the world with 32.9 percent share in the world GDP. Goods that are manufactured in India are exported to far off destinations across the world. Therefore, the concept of globalisation is not new to India.

International trade in India is also relatively moderate. The GDP of the International trade has increased to 24 percent in 2006 from 6 percent in 1985.

Foreign direct investment in India has reached 2 percent of GDP, compared with 0.1 percent in 1990, and Indian investing in other countries has also increased sharply since 2006.
