It is estimated that the agriculture and food production industry provide employment opportunities to  more than 1 billion people as of 2013, accounting one-third of the global workforce. Now that’s huge!

Nestle is a Swiss Multinational Food and Beverage Company headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland.  Nestle deals with products related to baby food, bottled water, breakfast cereals, coffee, confectionery, dairy products, ice cream, pet foods and snacks. The company’s net worth is about $103.5 billion and makes a yearly profit of $11.2 billion.

Apart from that, Nescafe, Nestea, Sunrise, KitKat and Maggi are few of Nestle’s products that are widely marketed in India. It provides employment to more than 333,000 people in the world.
