Bangalore: After the hike in petrol prices the auto industry is going to face some kind of decline in the sales. As now people might choose to buy diesel car than petrol cars. So for all the diesel car market it is good news and they might see a sudden rise in the demand for them. Here is the list of the 10 cheapest diesel cars in India for those who might want to change their preferences from petrol to diesel.



Tata Indica eV2



It is the diesel car that is available in four spruce levels. The starting price is 420, 000 and the top end version Tata Indica eV2 LX is for 511, 000. It works with 32 bit microprocessors and sports sensors also with knock control senses that help providing good fuel economy and good mileage. The latest versions are Tata Indica V2 Turbomax DLE and Tata Indica V2 Turbomax DLS. These new versions have fuel efficiency and powerful engines. Tata Indica eV2 offers fuel efficiency of 20 kmpl in the city and 25 kmpl on highway. It gives out 70 PS of power at 4000 Rpm and 140 Nm of maximum torque at 1800-3000 Rpm and comes along with the safety features like central locking with remote, fog lamps, collapsible steering column etc.
