Former CEO and Chairman, Avon

This Canadian-American businesswoman has been the CEO of Avon Products from 1999 to 2012.

She joined Avon in 1994 as the President, Product Marketing and had a career of 18 years in Avon. She was the first lady CEO of Avon.

Her career started getting affected after a bribery issue came into the light. The investigations started in 2008. The investigation started in China, where bribery related to travel, entertainment and some other fields came into the play. Very soon, these probes got extended to other countries.

Following these probes, the declining prices of Avon’s stock and its falling profits made Jung to resign from Avon.
