What’s emerging out as the biggest problem is that these rouge fake businesses are giving tough times to companies who are trying to establish a brand name in China’s emerging economy. Apple Stores

A controversy sparked in both China and the U.S. when illegitimate stores of Apple were discovered in several Chinese cities. The BirdAbroad blog revealed that the fake Apple store has similar signage; layout and even the salesperson resemble the real Apple stores. Though, BirdAbroad singled out quite a few key details not common among true Apple stores and appropriately pointed out the stores as counterfeit. The store claims to possess the original and authentic Apple products but are not licensed or operated by the company.

Rapidly following the public chaos that included angry customers attacking the stores in question demanding refunds, number of the stores were closed, not for their deceitful use of the Apple brand, but for the deficient in of proper business licenses.
