Pailan College of Management and Technology under the Pailan Group has been set up to meet the manpower training and knowledge upgradation needs of the industry. Determined not to ignore the demands of the industry, Pailan Group with prior approval from the West Bengal University of Technology, the Directorate of Technical Education and the All India Council for Technical Education(Ministry of HRD, Government of India), decided to establish a benchmark-setting engineering and management college to empower  students with excellent, employable, engineering,  technological and managerial competencies and  enable them  to  become  more  complete  persons  and  effective  citizens of  India  and the world.
