About Us - Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering (RSCOE), Pune is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Govt. Of Maharashtra affiliated to pune university. The society has many eminent personalities from the field of education and industry on its advisory committee, whose rich experience and guidance benefit the society. The society has further plans to expand its activities in the field of architecture, pharmacy, hotel management and catering technology, Business Administration (MBA).
Department of Management is established in the year 2006-2007, with an objective to provide quality management education fulfilling the needs of the corporate world of 21st century, the Department of management runs an MBA (two year) programme which is approved by All India council for technical education (AICTE) New Delhi & Govt of Maharashtra, affiliated to University of Pune. This programme consist of 4 semesters of two year duration. The subject offered at I & II semesters are compulsory and prepare the student to get well acquainted thorough in all the areas of functional Management. III and IV semesters devote their attention as various specializations like Marketing Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management and systems. The Management skills of the students are sharpened more at this level, so as to make them more useful for the corporate sector. RSCOE have a vision as to how this MBA programme could help to develop innovative entrepreneurs, leaders and managers. We believe that beyond academic excellence, it is really essential to provide young students with an environment where personal development can be matched with a corporative global understanding of both business and the people who conduct it.
