Sachar hits home!
Quite shameful, indeed that we have not lifted a single finger in negating the bad PR that has been generated by mis-informed journalists who have written short-sighted articles in major media across the U.S. Business in the U.S. is always run for profits, and this cycle of offshore is another way to generate more profits. Is this wrong? If yes, then the U.S. corporations have equal responsibilities in allaying the fears of the people whom they throw out. Comparing numbers, only few jobs are gone abroad, compared to 8 percent unemployment. Is this reality portrayed in the media? And what are institutions like NASSCOM and TiE doing about this? Do they come alive only when things are going good? Shame!

Global Indian Surprises
It would be wonderful to read about the true experiences of people who have gone back to India. Their adjusting to reality, cultures and work scenarios would be an eye-opener for the others sitting on the fence.

Udai Kumar has been very honest in accepting the ups and downs in his company’s life, rarely seen in any other CEO. Kudos!
