What makes you tick?

Walter Lippman once said, “The final test of a leader is that he leaves behind him in other men the conviction and the will to carry on.”

Good leadership is not something one does like being the general of the cavalry, and leading it onto battle.

Leadership is pushing from behind, to energize the people to do positive and ethical acts for one another. Good leadership always involves risks, because it tampers with what many people
believe is the sacredness of the present system.

Good leadership is the perennial “telling the king he has no clothes on.”Good leadership is the self confidence one has because he feels that his presence touches the soul and the imagination of the people he works with. Good leadership in its exercise, involves the hard work of studying and reflecting on all of the mythologies that are encased in the issues.

The si100 tribute to the leaders.
