ST: What is your job there?
NC: To define the roadmap for new features, enhancements to existing features, and to sync up the functionality across modules.
ST: What do you like about your job?
NC: An open door policy coupled with flexible working hours and friendly attitude of colleagues. I also like being a part of the mobile payments, which is picking up in India.
ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
NC: A Startup environment which calls for 24x7 availability. Finance crunch is another challenge which sometimes leads to scarcity of resource, technology, or facility.
ST: What have you found that makes your job easier?
NC: Recently, I happened to use 'Microsoft Visio' for functional flow development which really made my life pretty simpler. Prototyping and developing flows would have been difficult jobs for me otherwise.
