EskoArtwork has recently appointed Dinesh Chandra as Managing Director for its India operations. Based in Singapore, he currently heads the company’s South Asia business. He joined Barco-Graphics in 1996, which later became Esko-Graphics and now EskoArtwork. Chandra has been handling the business development in the APAC region since several years. Since 2006, he has been responsible for Global Systems Integration business for EskoArtwork and for its investments in South Asia including setting up of Global Resources Centre in Bangalore

Delighted about his appointment, Chandra says, “The new role comes at a time when Esko is looking to ramp up its presence in India on multiple counts. I’ll focus on exploring new avenues where India can further support our global growth by leveraging its huge talent base.” He is looking forward to the challenge of building a high quality technical, creative, and e-support team, which is his utmost priority.

A very practical person, Chandra loves challenges and is never hesitant to tread into new waters. He believes in looking at everyday as a new experience and learning from it. In leisure, Chandra lets out his artistic nature via interior decoration, something he would have considered as an alternative career. He is also an avid reader and enjoys biographies, as real life experiences excite him a lot.
