The transition to mobile devices has opened up new doors of seemingly endless opportunities to the world, especially that of mobile apps. The mobile app industry has grown with breathtaking pace in the last couple of years, with downloads reaching over 15 billion. Gartner projects app sales at $38 billion by 2015. Forrester Research projects a $5.6 billion app development market by 2015. Revenues from mobile content in the media & entertainment sector will be 26 percent of its over half-trillion dollar revenues in less than five years.

The demand for mobile apps is booming and KiwiTech is on the forefront of developing these apps for a variety of market segments. This is KiwiTech’s core market.

Founded by Rakesh Gupta, Anita Gupta, Gurvinder Batra, and Neal Gupta, the company has already created over 600 apps, generating well over two million downloads. The founding team has decades of innovating in the content technology space, giving the firm a unique understanding of interactive, multimedia, content-based apps.

KiwiTech offers a full suite of mobile products and services, including mobile app development, social media marketing and composition/conversion. Their services include not only the design and development of apps, but also a consultative front-end, and a back-end of maintenance and support. Social media marketing services are also offered to make apps more easily ‘discoverable’ in an increasingly crowded mobile market.

KiwiTech’s recent successes include apps that have won significant acclaim. One of their apps was a semi-finalist in the Barcelona Mobile Awards, and several apps have been in the ‘top 5 apps’ in various categories or highlighted in the iTunes app store’s ‘New and Noteworthy’ section.
