ST: What is your job there?
VB: I am working as senior developer, responsible for developing Dell products using Microsoft cutting edge technologies.
ST: What do you like about your job?

VB: I like the mix of technology and customer interaction. I love to write code and would never want to stop doing that. It really satisfies me when my team delivers features in a product that customers have asked for and that solves their problems.
ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
VB: Time management and precise communication; there isn't enough time to do everything that I'd like to do, so setting priorities is a big deal for me. Understanding a customer's requirement correctly and conveying precisely the intended product behavior is an unending challenge.
ST: What have you found that makes your job easier?
VB: I believe in the maxim "The illiterate of the future are not those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn", boundless learning processes make things easier. ST: What are your hobbies?
VB: Listening to melodious songs, watching BBC most of the time, playing cricket, cooking, reading technical articles, and closely following the market.
