The greatest of the tasks for a CEO lies in finding potential markets for the business to build new avenues and to make sure that success is seen well within the organization's infrastructure. To scrutinize the pain point of those markets has been a tedious exercise given the time that takes to complete the task.

Semiconductor Industry: Present and Future

One of the pain points being in the semiconductor industry today is about attracting the investors. Currently, latest trends such as social media, and the software are the hot sectors which are dominating the industries and enticing the investors. Even though these trends have impacted many of the industries, they have overshadowed the potentiality of the semiconductor industry. Being the leader of the company, CEOs have to keep striving for success, incepting new ways, and using innovation as an imperative tool. Cohesion of adaptive computing and ITOS interaction has paved way for developing innovating products. Their synergy is enlightening the business leaders as to how one can transfigure service work into innovative work.

Perceiving our Products from a User's Perspective

As we are in an era of unprecedented competition, maintaining the users or clients is a key challenge business leaders are facing today. Often we tend to deliver our services to our customers without assessing its quality beforehand. We cannot know the significance, a tool or particular service clasp until we have utilized and experienced it first. It is important that we adapt ourselves to perceive our products from a user's perspective. (As told to Arun Kant)
