ST: What is your job there? HM: As a part of development team, I develop software for routing protocols.

ST: What do you like about your job? HM: Good exposure in networking concepts, very informal and friendly work place, flexible timing, and a big learning opportunity.

ST: What do you find challenging about your job? HM: Developing a highly scalable product without sacrificing reliability and performance.

ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? HM: Knowledge in fundamental concepts coupled with peer review will go a long way in making a good design and ensuring customer satisfaction.
