ASUS in association with Intel has launched Eee Box. Merely 1L in size, the Eee Box is sleek and can even be mounted on a VESA LCD display for the ultimate space-saving solution. With the exclusive Express Gate, ASUS' fast boot technology, users can easily access the Internet, manage pictures, or communicate over IM or Skype just 7 seconds after boot up. The Eee Box also supports the latest WiFi 802.11n wireless standard – providing up to six times faster connectivity than the previous 802.11b/g wireless. The Eee Box uses the Intel Atom N270 (1.6 GHz) processor and is one of the greenest PCs, consuming almost 90 percent less power than normal desktop PCs. ASUS Eee Box is available in Indian markets for Rs. 16,490.
