TASK Staffing Solutions was established in 2005 as a specialized arm to offer overarching staffing solutions, when the executive recruitment business of its parent company TASK Initiatives, a HR Consulting & Advisory services provider founded in 1996, became large. Very soon, TASK Staffing also grew in terms of client presence, service spectrum and number of hirers, with presence in 10 cities across India, through a combination of own branches and franchise offices.
However, in 2010 TASK refurbished its model, since it realized that the technology intervention has transmuted the recruitment process, where neither clients nor candidates prefer to walk into the office, but expects firms to cover the entire globe. The flexible company, consequently, scraped the existing model and channelled that energy towards its central process location, Ahmedabad.
