LT: My role involves developing software for the next generation multimedia stack for the playback of audio/video in automotive car stereo devices. ST: What do you like about your job? LT: I am blessed with the work in par with what is going on in the multimedia industry and it is very inspiring when we see our products released in the market. Working for a cross cultural organization, and the exposures in multi-national organization is very much I like about my job. ST: What do you find challenging about your job? LT: Working with limited resources, and delivering a quality product in spite of myriad of constraints. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? LT: Earning team’s co-operation and trust towards my work, using latest software tools, and networking with the people of technical domain. ST: What are your hobbies? LT: Practicing entrepreneurship, teaching embedded systems to freshers and playing shuttle cock.
