Carving the Way towards Growth & Sustenance

NEC Group is focusing its efforts on providing \'Solutions for Society\' by upgrading social infrastructure with ICT, thus forming a society that provides safety, security, efficiency and equality. NTI has proved to be a strong technology partner by making contributions towards some of the key initiatives of the group.

NTI started its operations in India in 2005 as NEC HCL System Technologies, a joint venture between NEC and HCL, NTI attracted its first 35 employees effortlessly, thanks to the HCL brand as well as the stability and exposure to technology offered by the NEC brand. Grown rapidly into an 1100 people strong independent entity, NTI today successfully combats the hardship of plummeting resource quality & availability for cutting-edge technologies, by deploying its faculties in educational institutions to teach NTI\'s culture and technologies even before the students graduate. Considering its plan of raising its headcount to 2100 by 2018 and the benefits of NTI\'s succession planning policy & career development programs, the limitless opportunities for the workforce to climb up the ladder seems well on track.
