H. Venkatesan will now head the HR practices of the IT solutions provider, ISGN Technologies as their Senior Vice President, Global Human Resource. With over 23 years experience in the IT industry, Venkatesan joins the organization at a critical growth phase as the company plans to aggressively ramp up its headcount in both the U.S and India centers. “To be a part of a team that is working to realize the goal to be a dominant player, offers an exciting opportunity to build a culture for growth,” says he.
Prior to ISGN, Venkatesan was Vice-President (Human Resource) with Covansys where he played an active part in the company’s HR Practices—it is assessed at CMM Level 5 by SEI. He has also had exposure with HCL Technologies, Computervision Corporation, HCL- Hewlett Packard, Tata Consultancy Services and Kudremukh Iron Ore Company.
