Uniken raises '30 Crores from Nexus Venture Partners

Uniken, a security solution provider for enterprises, raises Rs.30 crores from Nexus Venture Partners. The fund will be used to expand the company’s operations into international markets like the U.S. and Israel. Sandeep Singhal, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Nexus Venture Partners, will be joining Uniken’s board. Last year the company raised around Rs.6 crores in venture funding bringing the total fund raised till date over Rs.36 crores.

Founded in 2003, it was established by Sanjay Deshpande, Nandundeshwar Ganapathy, Nilesh Dhande and Prakash Salve. Uniken is headquartered in Odessa, Florida with its innovation center based in Pune, India. The company provides security solution to number of financial institutions & bank, and currently claims to have over a million users on its flagship REL-ID platform.
