In his new role, Desale will help drive key initiatives of LSI India and support company business units and infrastructure in the development and management of alliances, partnerships, and relationships with customers, suppliers, universities, and government entities. He will also be responsible for managing the storage product portfolio and business development. His biggest challenge is to ensure that the company brings appropriate amount of career growth to the employees while winning on the market side.
Contrary to his entrepreneurial spirit, Desale describes himself as a cautious adventurer who calculates well before taking risks. As a result, he is always in a hurry to get things completed on time and believes in being updated about the developments with respect to market and business enterprises. In leisure, he loves spending time at his farmhouse with family where he indulges in gardening.
