Quadratyx offerings are focused on three pillars of organizational transformation - Reduction in Expenditure, Growth in Revenue, and Increase in Customer Satisfaction. For each pillar, Quadratyx has developed vertical-agnostic, proprietary AI tools. Quadratyx rapidly rolls out industry-specific, customizable solutions built around these tools.

Expenditure reduction can be accomplished using Quadratyx AI tools for Intelligent Process Automation (BIPAS, SCANALITYX), Intelligent Dynamic Route Optimization (ARRO) and Early Prediction of Fraud (Q-FEW). Increase in revenue can be accomplished through Quadratyx AI tools to unearth promising new customers from the Web and Social Media (D-PRO) and comprehensive B2B & B2C recommendation engines (PRE-B, PRE-C). Customer satisfaction can be enhanced using AI knowledge agents for real-time conversational help (SRIA), AI-based touch-point analysis tools (TPA-Email, TPA-voice) and AI-based information extraction from images and videos (QPIX).

Quadratyx AI tools are capable of extracting actionable knowledge from diverse unstructured repositories within the organization, such as document files, emails, scans, images, videos, audio files, logs, and more. Penetrating verticals such as BFSI, Pharma, Education, Supply Chain Management, Skilling, Retail, Media and Manufacturing among many others, this young organization has achieved an enviable customer base, as well as exemplary use cases that can be showcased globally with pride. Clientele spread includes: BSFI - State Bank of India, HDFC bank, Axis bank, CIBIL, National Payments Corporation of India, Mahindra Finance; Manufacturing – Tata Steel; Technology – AT&T, Microsoft; e-Commerce: Shop Clues; and Pharma – Dr. Reddy’s Labs, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson.

The Beginning

"Our long and eventful journey in AI has enabled us to see beyond the current AI wave," asserts Dr. Sreerama K. Murthy, CEO & Chief Data Scientist, Quadratyx, effusing enormous confidence. Marking his PhD in AI & ML from the Johns Hopkins University in 1995, and since then filing over 20 patents in the AI arena, Dr. Murthy along with his team helped a gamut of businesses apply AI in their practices over the last 16 years.
