RM: I work as a developer for the Catalyst 6500, which is a 4 billion dollar a year product. My team works on hardware forwarding of multicast traffic which is used on trading floors and by IPTV service providers.
ST: What do you like about your job?
RM: The work I do is the top-niche in the networking industry. I also have the option to choose my style of working by using the options of flexible timing, working from home, etc.
