Brigade Group and its flagship domain, Brigade Enterprises Limited, is a name to reckon with in the real estate industry in not just Bangalore, its headquarters, but across the world. The group is credited with building the second World Trade Center in India and the first in Bangalore, in its iconic integrated enclave the Brigade Gateway. Incepted in 1986,Brigade has built a range of edifices to set one benchmark after another in the history of real estate over the years across Bangalore, Mysore, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad, Mangalore and Chikmagalur. The group ventured into the market with Brigade Towers the tallest building by a private developer in Bangalore city at that time. Pioneers in introducing the concept of service apartments and self managed clubhouses in Bangalore, Brigade also constructed the city's first centrally air-conditioned shopping complex and multi-storied industrial complex. Additionally, Brigade Group is the first company to get CRISIL PA2 andICRA-NAREDCO RT2+ certificationsandis entitled to be the originator of the 'Enclave' concept to redefine modern living in the city. Today, the Group is synonymous to developing software & IT Parks and SEZs. Brigade has developed over 5 million sq.ft. of office buildings with several projects of over 7.5million sq.ft. of development underway across Bangalore, Mysore, Kochi and Mangalore.

The Orion Mall developed by the group is arguably one of the best planned retail spaces in the city which provides an International shopping experience supported by world-class infrastructure.
