Alike Nokia has also recognized Astute as Best Developer for our Applications on OVI store achieving maximum number of downloads of our devotional apps & Indian regional games. Besides this, Astute has created a unique integrated storefront (ODP) which is successfully running over MTS & Tata Networks in India and crating a history of more than 100 Million plus paid downloads and yielding revenue. Further the Huawei, in first phase has pre-burned our storefront (Astute Planet) on their 1 Million Android Handsets namely Idos & Sonic which has been launched on GSM Network and in next phase it is to be burned on their upcoming handsets too. The same storefront is going be launched on approx 14 Operators, OEMs & VAS Content Providers worldwide and the process is continued to join new clients. Astute has created a unique Mobile Advertising Platform namely “mAdCalls” which delivers Rich Video Ads on various mediums like Voice Calls, IVR, Data Browsing and so on which is proved to be a new revenue source for Operators, OEMs & VAS Content Providers.

We are continuing to execute on our business model with continued revenue growth and low operating expenses. Most of our revenue is derived from Platform (product) cost and implementation fees that are recognized after our software has been implemented. In addition to our Platform cost and implementation fee, we charge a revenue share on per user basis that gives us visibility into future quarters.
