When ING Vysya Bank needed to upgrade their CBS platform, they set a vision for 'Go Live with minimal customer service disruption'. Defect free software and data integrity were critical prerequisite. The bank trusted AUDITime, a global information assurance solution provider, as they were keen on avoiding the typical blunders in such projects experienced by other banks. Migration blunders resulted into shutting branches and ATM network for weeks, some banks postponed 'go live' date for almost a year due to last minute issues. The bank wanted to achieve its objectives in cost effective ways. After a meticulous study, AUDITime's team created a test automation framework and migrated data assurance model that ensured frequent testing of test cases within short time span and data integrity of migrated data respectively. They not only helped in achieving the vision of the bank but also surpassed it by adoption of onsite-offsite mix model ensuring that such solutions remained cost effective.

"We have devised a mechanism to measure QA maturity of any organization into five levels which is measured considering factors such as procedures, test assets, technology use, QA model, and people," says Madhav Bhadra, Director, AUDITime. While the QA maturity of the global market can be put between three and four level, the Indian and other emerging markets are evolving to that level.

Whilst the company is appreciated for its services such as business requirement validation, functional testing, load and performance testing, security testing, release testing and automated testing, their forte data testing and compliance testing has created a unique value proposition. Their comprehensive QA services are often confused with temporary staffing by customers thereby end up comparing with wrong services.

AUDITime is not just the first and only private independent test laboratory approved by STQC, DeiTY, for providing testing services for e-Governance software but also the only independent testing laboratory from to adopt ISO 17025, a calibration standard. AUDITime's value mantra of 3C - Competency, Consistency and Competitiveness - has earned them a wide range of clientele including top broking houses, India's largest life and non-life insurance companies, public & private sector banks, and government entities.

Similar to all quality conscious companies, AUDITime also grapples with the shortage of skilled manpower. Whilst they spend their valuable time in refining knowledge-base of available manpower to mould and polish them for QA work, the company sees an opportunity to instil their culture in their team during such training period. Their highly motivated team enables the company to create satisfied customer-base in a highly competitive and optimum way by putting extra efforts to understand their QA objectives, QA maturity stage and budgeting.
