Samsung claims the Galaxy Note 5's new S Pen feels slightly more balanced in the user's hand, which offers an improved writing capabilities and a variety of tools. The click mechanism in the S pen offers a better experience that allows the user to quickly note down ideas or information even when the screen in switched off, without even unlocking the phone.
There is also an upgrade available for the ‘Air command’ feature; the icon now allows instant access to all the S Pen tools from any screen at any time. Capturing the lengthy web articles or long images can now be performed with the new ‘Scroll Capture’ feature.
IMPROVED VIDEO CAPABILITIES
Samsung's new phones come with an outstanding video capabilities that also features Steady Video, Video Digital Image Stabilization on both the front and rear cameras for sharp, crisp video on-the-go, and the Video Collage Mode allow the users to record and edit short videos easily in various frames and effects.
The Galaxy S6 Edge+ and Note 5 both support 4K(UHD) video filming and Live Broadcast that lets users to instantly live stream Full HD video straight from their phones to any individual, group of contacts, or even the public through YouTube Live.
IMPROVED EDGE DISPLAY
The phone utilizes the edge display by offering various features such as 'Apps Edge' for easier access to favorite apps, and enhanced 'People Edge' for easier communications with preferred contacts. The 'Apps Edge' also allows the user to access their favorite apps by swiping the edge display.
'People Edge' helps users to connect their close contacts easily. Also from the edge screen, users can quickly find their pre-set contacts and send message or even give a call directly.
PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS
Samsung claims that the new set of productivity tools designed for Galaxy Note 5 such as ‘Side Sync’, along with some refined 5th generation S pen capabilities provides a fine multitasking experience.
The flat screen and the curved shape makes it easier to use the phone with one hand and also fits in one hand with a narrower bezel and curved back.
