Spice Launches 5 Inch, Quad-Core Phone At 9,990

Bangalore: India’s Smartphone market is apparently getting overwhelmed with chioces. Not a single day pass without new Smartphone launches, and interestingly 80 percent of this new releases target the mid range from 8- 15K. The new one to the list is Spice Coolpad Mi-515, a 5 inch Smartphone which is already listed at online retailers.

The dual SIM phone packs a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor under the hood. A 1 GB RAM assists the quad-core processor in multitasking. The 5 inch screen has a resolution of 540X960 and the device runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. The internal memory is limited to 4 GB, which can be expanded with a MicroSD card. The Smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash at the rear, and a VGA snapper in the front. A 2,000mAh battery powers the device, which may prove to be insufficient. Connectivity options of the device include 3G, WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth.
