Sony Unveils Xperia C3 Selfie Phone At 23,990


BANGALORE: Sony has launched a Selfie focused phone C3 in India at 23,990. The phone comes with a 5-MP wide-angle facing front camera along with a flash. The phone will be available from September 1, reports Times Of India.

The C3 from Sony features a 5.5 inch HD TRILUMINOUS display supported by Bravia engine 2 with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. The hardware of the phone consists of a Qualcomm snapdragon quad core processor clocking a speed of 1.2 GHz and 1GB of RAM. The phone runs on the latest version of the Android Kitkat 4.4 OS and comes with an 8GB internal storage that can be expandable up to 32 GB with a Micro SD card.

The best part of the phone is its front facing camera that features a 25 mm lens that delivers 80-degree field of view. According to the reports on the Times of India, Sony says the users can click pictures by just double tapping its back cover or with the phone’s smile shutter. It also features an 8 mega pixel rear camera with an LED flash and supports full HD recording on it.

On the connectivity side, the C3 offers Bluetooth 4.0, 3G, Wi-Fi and 4G. The phone is powered by a 2500 mAh battery that offers a talk time of 24 hours and the standby time of 1071 hours.
