Sony Introduces Ultra Slim Xperia T3 In India For 27,990


BANGALORE: The Japanese consumer electronics giant ‘Sony’ has launched what it refers to as the company’s slimmest 5.3-inch phone—Xperia T3, in India at 27,990. The devise originally unveiled in June, will be made available to the consumers starting from July 27, reports Anupam Saxena of TOI.

Packed by a HD TRILUMINOS display for mobile with Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2, the Smartphone is just 7mm thick and has stainless steel frame running around it, with an aluminium power button. Additionally, the company also claimed that it’s the world’s slimmest Smartphone equipped with a 5.3-inch display.

The mid-range Smartphone is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and runs on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. It comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera, Sony Exmor RS sensor, LED flash and 1080p video recording with a 1.1-megapixel HD front-facing camera.

 In terms of connectivity, Xperia T3 supports Wi-Fi, Miracast, NFC, LTE and A-GPS. The devise also comes with a 2500 mAh battery and its ‘Stamina’ mode helps the users enjoy entertainment for longer durations.

It also comes with an in-built Xperia Transfer, an easy, safe and simple app that helps move contacts, photos, bookmarks, music, messages from old Android or iOS device to the new Xperia T3.

The devise will be available in white, black and purple colors at all Sony centers, Xperia Flagship and major electronic stores across India from July 27.
