Motorola Stuns Rivals: "Droid Turbo" to Sport World's Largest Battery


BANGALORE: Look out guys! There is a new king in town. Having already turned heads by sidelining its biggest rivals, Motorola is all set to unveil its new ‘Droid Turbo’ Smartphone, which sport the world’s largest phone battery, as reported by Forbes.

Since Motorola has done it before and is no stranger to fitting very large batteries in its phones, the following information was leaked from Droid-Life which discovered the Turbo’s battery on Alibaba-owned retailer.

If this newly surfaced information is to be believed, then you can be rest assured that the phone will live true to its Turbo name and Motorola will finally have a real successor to the Droid Maxx from last year.

Furthermore, the jaw dropping features in the upcoming Droid Turbo’s could be accompanied by the 5.2 inch Quad HD display, 3GB of RAM and a massive 21-megapixel camera with stock Android ROM. According to Motorola, it is also reported that the devise is set to hit the floor on the 28th of October with official availability starting a couple of days later.

Going by the looks of it, the Droid Turbo has all the markings of being one of the best Motorola flagship phone to break cover this year. In addition there are also reports that Smartphone will not be exclusive to Verizon this time with AT&T expected to get a slice of the action.
