Motorola Rolls Out The New Kitkat Update In India


BANGALORE: Motorola has announced that the new Kitkat 4.4.4 update will be available to the phones in India. Google has said that it has rolled out over-the-air updates for its users in India and the it would take some time to reach all the places of the country, reports India Times.

As per NDTV gadgets, Motorola has said that the update on the MOTO E, X and G will have stability, framework and security bug fixes with a new phone dialer. With the list of changes on it, the company has also listed a new graphical layout and colors on the Moto E. Furthermore, the Moto G gets a new pause video recording feature and an Motorola Alert app. This app sends alerts to the selected people on the contacts list with the user’s location details. Lastly, the Moto X gets camera enhancement features on it.  

Apparently, just last month Motorola had released an Android 4.4.3 update globally for its new range of Android phones.

Steve Horowitz, SVP, Software Engineering, Motorola had said, "We are excited to announce some icing on top of the, well, KitKat. Starting today, we are rolling out Android 4.4.3, KitKat, which was just released by Google."
