Motorola Concretes Its Position Across Indian Market with the Launch of MOTO G4, and Moto G4 Plus


BENGALURU: The Lenovo owned company ‘Motorola’ has recently exhibited its new fourth generation Moto G at its New Delhi event. Moto G4 and Moto G4Plus are the two new variants from Motorol and these two handsets offers almost similar features.

Motorola Moto G4 Plus offers a dual-SIM options and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. A 5.5 inches screen and 1080*1920 pixels resolution are added in its display offering. Additionally, it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and also offers multitouch functionality. The handset is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 and clubbed with an Adreno 405 GPU along with dual-LED color balancing flash. Users can choose between 2GB or 3GB of RAM that has been comprised by Moto G4 Plus variants. Moto G4 Plus offers 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus (PDAF), and laser autofocus facility, whereas In front it is offering a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It also features  16GB and 32 GB internal storage options  which is expandable up to 128GB.  A 3000mAh battery service will lead the handset to run efficiently almost up to 24 hours. This variant is secured by fingerprint scanner which inserted on its home button.

According to Abhinav Lal from Gadgets 360 degree, people will soon be able to buy Moto G and its variants from Amazon in Black and White colors.The reports also stated that Moto G4 carries specifications almost similar to the Moto G4 Plus, but a 13-megapixel rear camera (with an f/2.2 aperture) added in its features make it different. There is no fingerprint sensor attached in the handset and it supports only 2GB RAM/ 16GB storage offering. Both variants support 4G on one SIM card slot, and 3G on the other. Though the price details of Moto G4 is not yet revealed, makers has disclosed the  price of Moto G4 plus.  Its  2GB RAM/ 16GB storage variant costs around 13,499 whereas its 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant is available at 14,999.
