Moto 360 Smartwatch's Specs, Price Leaked

BANGALORE: One among the most awaited smartwatches of the year, Motorola's new Moto 360 is yet to have its official release on September 4, but U.S. based retailer Best Buy has gone ahead and released the Motorola's smartwatch Moto 360's specifications and the price on its website, reports Times of India.

Best Buy revealed that the smartwatch will feature a 1.5-inch backlit LCD display with 320x290p resolution and a stainless steel case, plastic case back, leather band and metal buckle. It will be powered by a Li-ion battery and run on a Texas Instruments processor.

The Moto 360 will support Bluetooth 4.0 and work with most devices running on Android 4.3 or above. It also has a built-in microphone which will let owners shout voice commands at their wrists to shoot up a number of the watch's functions.

Best Buy has also disclosed that the price of the smartwatch will likely  be $250, which is bit more pricey that the two other Android Wear smartwatches, the Samsung Gear Live which is $200 and the LG G Watch which is $229.

Coming to its looks, Moto 360 has a more conventional, round watchface, unlike the rectangular watchface of the Samsung and LG smartwatches.

In row with previous leaks, Moto 360 is said to have a built-in pedometer and integrated heart-rate monitor, the watch is even waterproof up to three feet or so for 30 minutes and will also feature a wireless charging.
