Microsoft Launches Lumia 950 & 950 XL in India Starting at 43,699


BENGALURU: Microsoft officially launched its new handsets Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL in India. These Windows 10 smartphones are priced at 43,699 and 49,399 respectively and is available only on Amazon. The pre-bookings are open in the online from today, reports Indian Express.

The company also showcased Windows 10 Continuum feature, which makes smartphones turn in to computers with a different operating system and interface. With this feature, they can be connected to a monitor along with a mouse and keyboard, using the Microsoft Display Dock. Once connected, the phone's user interface switches to an interface that looks like a Windows 10 desktop with Start menu and other elements.

The Microsoft Display Dock is launched at 5,999 and these new devices will be competing with the leading phones from Samsung, Apple and others.
