Micromax Launches Canvas Knight Cameo A290

BANGALORE: The Indian smartphone manufacturer Micromax launches a new Octa-core phone called the canvas knight cameo at 11, 490. This handset is a lower end version of the Micromax canvas knight that was launched earlier this year sharing the same body designs with different specifications, reports Zee news.

The Micromax canvas knight cameo comes with a 4.7-inch touch screen display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. On the hardware side, the phone is powered by an Octa-core processor clocking 1.4GHz of speed along with a 1GB of RAM. It runs on the Android OS version 4.4 kitkat and comes with an internal memory of 8GB that can be expandable up to 32 GB.

Photography can be done through an 8 mega pixel rear camera and a 5 mega pixel front camera and on the connectivity it offers 3G, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi. It is charged by a 2000 mAh battery that can deliver up to 7 hours of talk time on it.

The phone is available in 3 colors variants- Black, white and gold.
