Micromax Launched A44 Superfone Punk


Bangalore: Micromax is raining Indian smartphone market with budget handsets. Now the company has launched one more cheap Android phone for music enthusiasts for 4,500. The new phone is called A44 Superfone Punk and is the company’s cheapest phone till date.

Micomax A44 Superfone Punk is a dual-SIM smartphone which supports GSM networks on both the SIMS. The phone is powered by 800 MHz single-core processor, 256 MB of RAM, 512 MB of ROM and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The cool stuff about this budget smartphone is the trendy looking headsets which is promises to give enhanced music experience to its users.

The phone features a 3.1-inch Full touch screen having a resolution of 230×320, a 2.0 MP rear camera, 140 MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB of external memory and a 1,200 mAh battery which claims 4 hours of talk time.

The device supports different video recording formats such as 3gp, 3gpp and mp4, and also comes with motion sensor and a mobile tracker. For connectivity it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 and GPRS.

The phone has a unique pebble design, weighs 120gms and comes in two colors - black and white.
