Leaked Photo Confirms The Upcoming Nokia Lumia 1520 Aka Bandit

Bangalore: Rumors have been flying over the last couple of weeks on a certain Windows Phone from Nokia, codenamed “Bandit”.  Today, an inside source leaked a photo to the Windows Phone Central that looked suspiciously like the upcoming device, and connecting the dots from other sources like @evleaks, we believe the photo positively reveals the Finnish giant’s upcoming 6 inch Windows Smartphone, Lumia 1520 A.K.A Bandit.

The photo reveals the size of Lumia 1520, which is believed to be massive 6-inch. There is a Nokia 1020 device perched next to the Bandit for comparison which clearly portraits how the upcoming device is dwarfing the iconic 1020.
Coming to the features, Nokia 1520 is designed with a 1080p resolution display and sports a polycarbonate body with a 20MP Pure View camera, expressing marginal similarities between Nokia’s 925 hand set. The device is also believed to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor.
With the display turned on in the leaked picture, we can note the Live Tiles is having three columns in place of its customary two. The tiles also have the ability to adapt into a double wide tile or a medium sized tile.

It is now confirmed that at the end of September, Nokia will reveal not one, but two new devices in New York, Nokia Windows 8 RT Tablet, codenamed Sirius and Nokia Lumia 1520, the Bandit.
