LG's Optimus G Pro, Docomo's Flagship Is Official Now

Bangalore: Optimus G Pro, the successor of Optimus G has made its hardware specifications official reports TOI.  Japan’s telecom giant NTT Docomo has said that the Smartphone will be the flagship device of 2013 and has revealed its features in a spec sheet. The device will be made available in April while LG will officially announce it at World Mobile Congress in February this year.

This all new Optimus G Pro is powered by a quad –core processor which runs at a speed of 1.7GHz. The Smartphone runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and has a 2G RAM with 32 GB inbuilt memory with microSD card support.

The Smartphone has a 5-inch screen that can play full HD videos shot at 1080 pixels easily. It includes an 8 Mega Pixel camera with LED flash on the back panel and the front panel has a camera with 2.4 Mega Pixel resolution. The connectivity features include NFC, 4G, LTE, Wi-Fi, 3G and 2G. The Smartphone seems to be powered by a 3000mAh battery.

The new device will take its place as the to-of-the-line Smartphone for the company. Optimus G was said to be the inspiration for the hit phone, Google Nexus 4, which had an upbeat in the sales with one million units.
