Karbonn unveils its First Android Phone - A1


Bangalore: Karbonn unveiled its first Android phone in India, named Karbonn A1, which is based on 2.2 Android versions. The device is featured with 2.8- inch touch screen that comes with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot and 3G compatibility. The phone supports an audio and media player, as well. The A1 is equipped with Adobe Flash 10.1 version, 600MHz processor, 3.2 megapixel camera and 1100mAh battery. The handset also has an expandable memory up to 32 GB, including a GPS functionality. The device supports Android applications like Google Map and G-Sensor. One can also download applications from the Android Market. Karbonn, is also planning to roll on 3 more Android phones along with the A1. The handset will be availed in the market with a price tag of Rs 6,999.
