Indian Version Of Galaxy S4 To Have Exynos 5 Octa-Core Processor

Bangalore: Samsung’s new Galaxy S4 is expected to hit the stores on April 2013. According to the recent reports by SamMobile, ‘Processors will vary region wise’, and the Asian and European version including India will sport the much-awaited Samsung 1.6GHz Exynos 5 Octa eight-core processor.

It is reported that U.S and Australia will have 1.9GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor. Certain countries like Malaysia, Korea, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, France, Germany are expected to obtain both the versions of Galaxy S4.

The device is ridiculously thin, with a 5-inch, 1080p Super AMOLED display of 441ppi. The phone runs on Android latest version 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system, and has 2GB RAM, with an internal storage offering of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB, with microSD card support.

The Galaxy S4 uses a new 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash, autofocus, and 1080p video recording. On the front, it sports a 2-megapixel camera. Besides, it offers more camera features including dual-shot, which uses both front and back camera, an eraser shot mode to remove people from photos and Cinemagram like feature called Cinema Photo.

Recently, the benchmark tests on the flagship Galaxy S4 reveal that it will have the fastest processor compared to its competitors iPhone 5, HTC One, Blackberry Z10, LG Nexus 4 and Samsung Galaxy S III.
