The rumor comes through Timothy Arcuri, the Apple analyst for research firm Cowen & Company. Arcuri suggested that Apple could launch a mini version of the iPhone 6. And the phone’s screen sizes probably will have 4.7- inch and 5.5-inch.

The speculations and features of the rumored iPhone 6s Mini will be similar to that of the iPhone 5s. Though, the design may be slightly different with curved screen edges.

If suppose the iPhone 6s Mini launch comes true, it may beat the iPhone 5c which is not so popular. Though the rumors about the iPhone 6s Mini is limited there is various convincing information about the device and the release.
