HTC to unveil 7.5 Mango based Ignite and Prime

Bangalore: HTC will soon unveil an array of Windows Phone 7.5 Mango running handsets which include HTC Ignite and HTC Prime. HTC Ignite and HTC Prime, will be equipped with 7 keys on the front panel. HTC Ignite handset in an improved version of HTC Mozart and will feature 3.7-inch WVGA (480x800) display. The device is likely to carry 1GHz processor with three capacitive buttons at the front panel and 5-megapixel camera at the back. Based on the specifications, this handset seems to be the new entry level Windows Phone 7.5 device. The slide out full Qwerty keyboard designed in HTC Prime will feature 3.7-inch WVGA (480x800) display. Bearing similarity with the HTC 7 Pro, the Prime handset has 5 MP with autofocus. Whereas the HTC Eternity handset looks very similar to the Desire HD, The Eternity packs 4.7-inch WSVGA display with 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM 8255 processor coupled with Adreno 205 graphics chip. Featuring 8 MP camera with autofocus, the phone is capable of recording 720p HD video and has a 1.3 MP camera in the front. The new Windows Phone 7.5 Mango loaded devices will be available at the end of this year. HTC focuses to offer a variety of handsets with distinct features at different prices.
