HTC Desire S Price Slashed, Now Available for 15,990


Bangalore: Android smartphone ‘HTC Desire S’ which got launched in the first week of April 2012 costing 25,490 has got a price cut now, the phone is now available for 15,990. Few days ago the company also slashed the prices of its few other Android smartphones by about 20 percent, the phones that got the price cut were Sensation, Evo 3D and Incredible S.

HTC Desire S is engineered with 1GHz Scorpion processor and runs on Android Gingerbread OS along with HTC Sense UI 3.0. It sports a 3.7-inch capacitive display, a 5.0MP camera 3G, 1.1GB internal memory-expandable up to 32GB, A-GPS, digital compass, Wi-Fi and DLNA support.

With the release of a whole new range of smartphones under it One series which includes the high-performing quad-core HTC One X the company is making high efforts to grab the market.  And with these price cuts, HTC is building up its preference portfolio in the Indian smartphone market.
