Coolpad Max Makes Way to India with Unique Dual-in-One Feature

BENGALURU: Coolpad, a smart phone manufacturing firm unveils the plan to launch Coolpad Max smartphone with dual space feature in India. Coolpad have been promoting the smartphone with dual-in-one feature of the social media for a while now. The Coolpad Max smartphone is already launched in Indonesia and shortly it will be launched in India. The main aim of this proposal is to assist those people, who want to keep their personal and professional lives separate, and eliminate the use of two smartphones. Though the device is launched in China with the price tag of 23500 approximately, it is likely to be tagged at a lower rate in India.

The ‘Dual-in-one’ feature enables dual security feature, not only it secures all the features, but also encrypts calls and text messages. The Coolpad Max also possess a distinctive SIM management capability that enables users to have two accounts for apps like WhatsApp, Messenger and other messaging apps.

Coolpad Max smartphone offers 5.5 inch 2.5D display and runs on Android Lollipop OS enclosed under friendly UI. The Coolpad comes with 2 variants—32GB and 64GB. The 32GB variant features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 processor and 3GB of RAM, while the 64GB variant embeds Snapdragon 617 processor and 4GB of RAM. However, the company has not disclosed whether one variant or both are being launched in India.  The smartphone also packs features like 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and 2,800mAh battery. 4G LTE support, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are the available connectivity options.

The firm aims to protect both personal and professional information. Coolpad has installed encryption technology that ensures any data, contacts, photos, videos, and applications stored on the smartphone can be well protected without worrying about data leakage.
