Asus Nexus 7 Tablet Hits India For 19,981

Bangalore:  Asus officially to launch it Nexus 7 tablet in India on Friday, 9^th November 2012. The Asus Nexus 7 is already available at Croma’s online site. The 16 GB model of the tablet is priced at 19,981 on Croma. After the official launch, it will also be available in most of the large gadget retail stores.

Since the Google I/O event in June 2012 Asus Nexus 7 has been a hit and Asus even said that they are selling close to one million units per month of the tablet.

The tablet sports a 7 inch IPS display which supports a resolution of 1280 X 800 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 quad core processor backed by 1 GB of RAM.  It functions on the latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.  

The tablet comes with a 1.2 mega pixel front facing camera which allows the users to make video calls. The gadget comes in two memory variants; 8 GB and 16 GB recently Google announced that a 32 GB model will be available soon. It also comes with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC connectivity. It is powered by a 4326 mAh battery which promises the users 9 hours of battery life.
